Paul discipled Timothy, who then discipled reliable people, who then went and discipled others. That's God's plan for discipelship multiplcation. If you disciple five people in a Discovery Bible Study. Then those five people each form a DBS with five people, you have 30 disciples in the third generation. Then when those DBSs each disciple five people in a DBS, you have 155 disciples in the 4th generation. We each need someone investing in us, so we can invest in others to see the Holy Spirit multiply disciples, churhes, and leaders.
