God's way of solving problems is often so opposite from the world's way of solving problems. The world says to grind harder, put in more effort, make it happen. God says slow down, rest in Him, quiet your soul, and trust. This leads us to waiting on God to hear His voice and receive our guidance. If we go our own way, it will be our desturction, just like it was for Israel with Assyria. If we go God's way, which requires faith, sacrifice, and obedience, we get God's solution.
