Healthy communication is worth it. It's definitely hard work and often we have to examine ourselves with the Holy Spirit to make some changes. At the core of our communication is our heart condition, and Jesus has the power to transform us. When we do this, our marriages, relationship with our kids, family members, friends, co-works, everyone are impacted for the Kingdom and Gospel.
